Wonderful Stay!!!
Our family enjoyed an amazing week at this stunning property. The unit is well appointed, very clean and the views are to die for. Maxine is a wonderful host. We cannot wait to return next summer!
Perfect spot
Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Maxine's beautiful condo. Incredible bird's eye views of the entire beach. Spacious condo with everything you need. Maxine could not be more gracious and helpful. We will be back.
Such an Amazing Gem!
Maxine's condo is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The views were spectacular. I have been to multiple beaches around Chareston. Folley, Isle of Palms, etc and Kiawah was by far my favorite. It reminds me of the Outer banks and the views from her balcony table outside are just breath-taking. I went with a group of girl friends and we will all be taking our families back. Such an amazing gem, I hate to leave this review to let others find it ;) We will be back! Excellent Host!
Maxine is an excellent host!! She responded to an issue I had with the building allowing jack hammering construction right outside our door and immediately fixed the problem. She was always available to answer questions and I felt like I made a friend. Sold definitely stay here again. (via Airbnb)
Absolutely Stunning!
Maxine's place was absolutely stunning. No detail was missed. Being that it is the tallest of all accommodations on the island, now and forever, was something very special. The view was great, the place was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were aplenty. Maxine was also a fantastic and accommodating host. One of the best AirBnb experiences yet. Golfers from Texas
We have been fortunate to visit Kiawah on several occasions and we have stayed at properties by the same owner. The owner was a delight to work with and tried to accommodate and anticipate our every wish and need. It was hard to imagine it could be any nicer than the previous properties, but in fact, the details were even better. The bedrooms were beautiful. The linens were high quality and the mattress made for a great night’s sleep. The master was a great size with a fabulous bathroom down to the heated tile floor. Our son enjoyed the other large bedroom downstairs and our daughter and her friend thought the loft was a huge treat! They could not decide whether to enjoy the seclusion of the alcove space with a bed or the twin beds in the outer area. There were TVs everywhere. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could ever need to entertain or enjoy a picnic on the beach. Other features were a double oven and a hot and cold purified water dispenser. She even left spices for us to use. The covered balcony seated 6 comfortably with a panoramic view of the ocean and beach. And you don’t have to over pack as the washer and dryer are ready to go. You are just a short walk/run from the Sanctuary, the tennis courts and multiple golf courses. We all enjoyed riding our bikes to Freshfields. Great location and beautiful decorated condominium with a view of the water from every room. We will definitely be back. Dream Vacation
We have had the pleasure of staying with this owners 4 times. This time around we need the extra bedroom (loft area) because extra people were coming. From the moment we walked in the place was fabulous every detail that their other properties had this one has and more. Master suite is is top notch with plenty of storage and a large shower. The other bathroom has a tub which is great when you have a toddler on vacation. Location is central to all that is Kaiwah. Bikes are a must to take in the beauty that the island offers. Words cannot describe what a wonderful vacation our family enjoyed at Kiawah! Gorgeous penthouse with amazing oceanfront view! The property fit all our needs. Clean, tastefully decorated, and a great location on the beach with the highest view on the island describes this property . The owner has thought of everything needed for a care free stay. Recommendations from the owner's personal dining to local shopping were conveyed with detail . My family and I would stay again.
